Sponsorship opportunities, to the value of $1500, are available for interested Companies.  PNAQ has always been extremely grateful to our Trade Partners for their continued support.  This year we have a number of "mini" sponsorship opportunities available,  which we feel will meet both ours and our Trade Partners needs, and at the same time achieve maximum leverage and exposure for your brand.

Standard Sponsorship Entitlements

Sponsors will receive the following standard entitlements in addition to those outlined in the individual packages:

      • Recognition as a sponsor (with organisation logo) in the Conference program;
      • Recognition as a sponsor (with organisation logo) on the PNAQ Website, including a hyperlink to the organisation’s home page;
      • Acknowledgement as a sponsor on the official sponsor acknowledgement board situated onsite at the Conference

 

Individual Sponsorship Entitlements

Thursday Evening Meet & Greet Function

The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned at the entrance to the Cocktail Party venue.

Opportunity for organisation representative to present a five (5) minute speech at the function.


MAD Hatters Conference Dinner

The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned at the entrance to the Dinner venue.

Opportunity for organisation representative to present a five (5) minute speech at the function.

Your organisation logo will be printed on all dinner menus. 


Dinner Entertainment 

The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in a prominent location near the performer.


Photo Booth

The sponsor may provide a frestanding banner which will be positioned next to the Photo Booth at the Friday evening MAD Hatters Conference Dinner.


Morning/Afternoon Tea

Demonstrate your hospitality by sponsoring the conference stand up morning & afternoon tea breaks.

The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in the catering area.


Lunch

Demonstrate your hospitality by sponsoring the conference buffet lunch breaks.

The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in the catering area.


Keynote Speakers (Opening & Closing)

Your organisation logo will feature on the audio visual screen in the session room prior to and at the conclusion of the session when the Keynote Speaker is presenting.

The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in a prominent location during the session when the Keynote Speaker is presenting.

Two (2) passes for nominated guests to attend the session when the Keynote Speaker is presenting.


Conference Program Book

Your organisation logo printed on the cover of the Conference Program Book alongside the PNAQ logo


Awards

The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in a prominent location during the presentation of the Awards.


Conference App & WiFi

Your organisation logo will feature in the Conference App.
